Capgemini Engineering seeks a Senior Java Tech Lead to steer the technical design and delivery of enterprise applications supporting the pharmaceutical regulatory ecosystem in Portugal. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java technologies.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and software architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of software security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Experience conducting code reviews and promoting development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Office Location: Lisbon - Hybrid, 2 times per week in the office.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, Architecture, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading distributed or multidisciplinary teams.
