Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks an experienced Software Project Manager to lead complex software development and digital transformation projects in healthcare. You will oversee scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while promoting Agile delivery.

YOUR ROLE

As a Software Project Manager, you will lead complex software development and digital transformation projects within the Healthcare sector, ensuring the successful delivery of business and technical objectives while managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing software projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support.
• Defining and monitoring project roadmaps, releases, and key milestones.
• Managing scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
• Preparing executive reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.
• Managing project governance, escalations, change requests, and delivery issues.
• Monitoring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinating production releases and post-implementation activities.
• Promoting Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex software development projects.
• Proven experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or an equivalent project management framework.
• Strong experience managing contracts, suppliers, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, project governance, and escalations, coupled with strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English.
