Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring team leaders to join a multilingual customer service team supporting an international client. You will coach a team of agents, monitor quality and keep daily operations on track.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day. This is an on-site position based in Lisbon with rotation shifts from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm. Paid training and clear progression opportunities are offered.
