The Crypto AML Transaction Monitoring Team Lead oversees a team of investigators responsible for reviewing alerts and cases generated from customer and transaction monitoring systems for a cryptocurrency exchange. The Team Lead manages daily workflow, provides case guidance, reviews escalations, supports quality control, and helps ensure investigations are completed accurately, consistently, and within applicable service-level and regulatory deadlines.
