The Original Bitcoin Exchange seeks an AML Investigator to efficiently adjudicate referrals of unusual activity and ensure timely SAR submissions or closure when referrals are not suspicious.

As a member of the AML Investigations Team, you will work closely with Compliance and Customer Support to address fraud, money laundering, and sanctions risks while continuously developing knowledge of blockchain technology.

Formación

• AML experience including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) and sanctions investigations.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto transactions.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools and investigative practices.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations to determine risk exposure and file SARs or close referrals as not suspicious.
• Support Customer Help Desk / Legal requests for investigative assistance with clear documentation.
• Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys as applicable.
