Job summary

Thoth AI is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Assistant to support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, market research, and building talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in Talent Acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. The position is hybrid with three days in the Lisbon office, on a six-month fixed-term contract with renewal possibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Engage with potential candidates and support outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Support interview scheduling and recruitment administration.
• Assist with recruitment projects and market mapping.
• Work model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office
• Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract, renewable
