Thoth AI is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent.

You will build pipelines, screen profiles, and assist with outreach and scheduling. This role offers hybrid work with three days per week in the office and a 6-month fixed-term contract, renewable based on performance.

Qualificações

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.
• Support interview scheduling and recruitment administration.
• Assist with recruitment projects and market mapping activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Work model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office
• Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract, renewable
