We are seeking a Talent Manager Trainee in Lisbon, hybrid mode, to drive recruitment and career development for our consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire recruitment process including calls and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding of new consultants.
• Shape the consultant career path through training and certifications.
• Provide communication and feedback to candidates and management.
• Ensure alignment between candidate profiles and open positions.
• Assess training and coaching needs and design career plans.
• Coordinate and follow up needs with the Barcelona team.
• Contribute to people strategy and local HR action plans.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to the company's life and internal projects.

• You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews...) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
• You will be in charge of the consultant's career path (training & certification)
• You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
• Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
• Assess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plans
• Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team
• Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company's life and internal projects
