Taleo Consulting is seeking a Talent Manager Trainee in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and developing the career paths of new consultants. Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the entire selection process and recruitment, including onboarding of new consultants.
• In charge of the consultant’s career path, training & certification.
• Provide necessary communication and feedback to candidates and management.
• Ensure relevance between candidates and current open positions.
• Assess training and coaching needs to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team.
• Ensure alignment of local HR action plan with global principles.
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life.

• You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
• You will be in charge of the consultant’s career path (training & certification)
• You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
• Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
• Assess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plans
• Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team
• Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
