Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) Lisbon Hire to Retire services seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on French-speaking stakeholders and attracting top talent for the business.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide KPI insights. This role blends strategic hiring with hands-on recruitment in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably end-to-end.
• Adaptable, proactive and results-driven with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for French-speaking stakeholders.
• Source and attract candidates for French-speaking roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Provide recruitment KPI reports to stakeholders and managers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Post jobs and prepare recruitment materials.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to align with policy.

Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a particular focus on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

A day in the life of...

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;

• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles;

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;

• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to assess and shortlist candidates;

• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders;

• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient

• Strong priority management, stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proactive and collaborative approach, with initiative, a strong focus on results and a good understanding of the business environment
