Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Braga/Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a data-driven professional to lead data and systems initiatives for the Responsible Sourcing team. The role involves managing KPI frameworks, data collection, governance, and report deployment with external and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in economics, business, or IS/IT, and advanced English skills, plus experience in IT/data standardization and change initiatives within a large multinational.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills are required.
• Experience in IT and/or data processes standardization across international contexts.
• Experience in complex change management initiatives within operational/system processes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Leads data/systems activities for Responsible Sourcing across multiple business units.
• Defines and enforces global KPI standards, data models, and calculations.
• Co-designs data collection tools with external partners and aligns with global standards.
• Oversees annual data refresh of spend baseline data with governance and quality controls.
• Leads design, deployment, and maintenance of PowerBI reports and other tools.

A day in the life of...

• Leads all data/systems related activities on behalf of the Responsible Sourcing team and several business units in the context of the four global RS KPIs:
• Based on inputs from all RS Category Leads and their external partners, defines and enforces global standards, ensure robustness, auditability, and scalability of all KPI frameworks (including definitions, data models, and calculations)
• In partnership with all external partners, co-designs and oversees the deployment of data collection tools across all categories and ensures alignment with global standards
• Leads and monitors external RS partners during the annual refresh exercise of the spend baseline data for all category/KPI combinations, including knowledge transfers and troubleshooting assistance
• Drives and monitors the end-to-end annual calculation exercise via all external partners for each category/KPI combination with the required governance, data quality controls and analytical insight generation.
• Leads design, deployment, upgrade/maintenance and support of reports using PowerBI or other technologies in collaboration with multiple internal and external teams
• Leads all team projects involving data and/or IT systems, including but not limited to their design, internal socialization, validation with various experts, adaptations to changes in legislation and Nestlé commitments, deployment with external and internal teams including training and troubleshooting, and maintenance/upgrade management with the appropriate internal and external team

What will make you successful

• Academic Experience/Education:
• University Degree preferably in economics, business, IS/IT
• Advanced English Skills

Business Experience:

• Project Management capabilities
• Good understanding of GLOBE Solution
• Experience of work with Stakeholders including senior management
• Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in IT and/Or data processes standardization across an international company
• Experience in a complex change management initiative within operational/system process
