For our NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a particular focus on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to assess and shortlist candidates
• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process

Требования:

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
• Strong priority management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with initiative, a strong focus on results and a good understanding of the business environment
