Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker to join our Lisbon Hire to Retire services. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and work in a hybrid setup, with two days per week in the office, collaborating with a multicultural team across Nestlé. Fluency in French and English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a particular focus on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

A day in the life of...

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to assess and shortlist candidates;
• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders;
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

What Will Make You Successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
• Strong priority management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with initiative, a strong focus on results and a good understanding of the business environment
