Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (French Speaker) for NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services. You will support recruitment activities, focusing on French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and manage end-to-end processes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and deliver clear recruitment insights. This role offers hybrid work and cross-functional exposure within Nestlé.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas.
• 2+ years of HR experience, mainly in recruitment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Hire to Retire services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a particular focus on supporting French-speaking stakeholders and attracting talent for the business.

A day in the life of...

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
• Source and recruit candidates, including talent for French-speaking roles;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to assess and shortlist candidates;
• Provide clear recruitment reports and KPI insights to relevant stakeholders;
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  

What will make you successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in recruitment
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong priority management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with initiative, a strong focus on results and a good understanding of the business environment
