Job summary

A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) em Portugal procura um Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist para apoiar o recrutamento e a marca do empregador no centro de Lisboa, com base em Braga/Lisboa. A posição é integral/ híbrida, com 2 dias por semana no escritório, e exige inglês fluente.

O profissional reporta-se ao Supervisor de Aquisição de Talentos e será responsável por atrair talentos, gerir processos de seleção e fornecer KPIs de recrutamento, contribuindo para uma experiência de candidato

Qualifications

• Formação superior em Psicologia, RH ou áreas afins.
• Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência prática em recrutamento.

Responsibilities

• Analisar requisitos e objetivos de posição.
• Preparar materiais de recrutamento e publicar vagas.
• Pesquisar e recrutar candidatos.
• Avaliar currículos e candidaturas.
• Conduzir entrevistas com ferramentas de seleção confiáveis.
• Fornecer relatórios de recrutamento e KPIs ao centro.
• Estabelecer relações com candidatos durante o processo de seleção.

Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.

A day in the life of...

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
• Source and recruit candidates;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
• Provide analytical and well-determined recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Previous experience in specialized recruitment would be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
• Good priority management and communication skills
• Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment
