Job summary

LEAP Benelux in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Talent Success Officer to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for new hires. You will collaborate with business managers, manage sourcing and LinkedIn presence, and organise campus events across Portugal to attract top engineers.

• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for new Leapers:
• Weekly meetings with the business managers
• You’ll manage your social media presence on LinkedIn
• You’ll organise recruitment events in Portugal and work closely with universities
• You’ll have interesting daily meetings with talented engineers

You are:
