Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruitment across Europe. You will proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, build pipelines, and engage passive talent.

You will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and provide insights on talent availability, while thriving in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles is a plus.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

If you're passionate about identifying top talent, engaging passive candidates, and building strong talent pipelines, we'd love to hear from you. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates while partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs across Europe.

Your responsibilities

Required skills

• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles will be a strong advantage.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills.
• Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.
