AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager – Back-Office & Coordination to lead and optimize our coordination and back-office hiring operations.

You will oversee interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and ensure compliant, scalable processes while partnering with Legal, HR Ops and Global teams. Fluent English required; hybrid work options available.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition operations or HR process management.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of onboarding regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing processes.
• Excellent project management, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Coordination and Back-Office team.
• Oversee interview scheduling, offer generation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
• Deliver training and guidance to hiring stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and report to leadership.
