AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, located in Lisbon, seeks an Associate Talent Acquisition Operations - Administration & Coordination to manage candidate logistics, offers, background checks, and pre-boarding across multiple countries. You will work closely with recruiters, HR Ops, and onboarding teams in a fast-paced, multi-country setup.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years in talent acquisition coordination, with fluent English and additional language

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition coordination or HR operations.
• Experience supporting interview scheduling, post-offer activities, and pre-employment checks.
• Strong attention to detail and handling sensitive personal information.
• Fluent business-level English; proficiency in German, French, Italian or Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics (panel availability, time zones, onsite/virtual).
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts per templates and country instructions.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Complete hiring/pre-boarding activities in Workday and TA systems.
• Coordinate pre-boarding with local HR, payroll, and onboarding teams.
• Manage cases, inboxes, and queues per SLAs; escalate risks/delays.
• Apply SOPs and data privacy requirements consistently; seek guidance when needed.
• Partner with recruiters, candidates, and HR contacts to resolve questions.
• Support knowledge transfer, process documentation, and onboarding of new countries.
• Contribute ideas to simplify processes and improve candidate experience.
• Maintain trackers and support service metrics and reports.
