Amgen Inc. (IR) in Lisbon is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Back-Office & Coordination team.

You will oversee interview scheduling, post-offer activities, and onboarding to ensure a smooth, compliant candidate experience across diverse hiring environments. In this role, you will streamline processes, leverage data and technology, and collaborate with Legal, HR Ops and Compliance to align systems globally while maintaining local adaptations.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition operations, coordination, or HR process management.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Coordination and Back-Office team, ensuring timely support for hiring operations.
• Oversee interview scheduling, offer generation, background verification, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and onboarding regulations; drive process improvements and standardization.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams (Legal, HR Ops, Compliance) to align systems globally.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and HRIS systems and generate reports for leadership.
• Provide training to hiring stakeholders on operational excellence and compliance in hiring.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to inform leadership decisions.
