Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, coordination, or HR process management.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of employment compliance and onboarding regulations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Coordination and Back-Office team, ensuring timely and consistent support for all hiring operations.
• Oversee and optimize interview scheduling, offer generation, background verification, and hiring documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hiring and onboarding best practices, ensuring process adherence to relevant labour and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and remove operational bottlenecks, and improve processes and implement standardized procedures that enhance efficiency, quality and the post-offer experience.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition leaders and cross-functional teams to align systems and practices globally while maintaining necessary local adaptations.
• Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking and onboarding systems; partner with HRIS/IT for enhancements and reporting.
• Deliver training and guidance to hiring stakeholders on best practices related to operational excellence and compliance in hiring.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), providing insights and reporting to leadership.
