We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Back-Office & Coordination team.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational elements of the hiring process — covering interview scheduling, post-offer activities, and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant candidate experience across varied hiring environments. You will also challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, and leverage technology and data to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
