iLoF is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist for a hybrid role in Portugal. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, regulatory and business teams, and manage operations like procurement and invoicing to help the company scale.

You will actively use AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and market mapping, while collaborating with executives to define roles and interview plans.

Lisbon is the preferred location, with part-time hours.
