iLoF is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to recruit across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business roles for a fast-growing deep-tech/AI company. You will proactively source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, run structured interviews, and partner with executives to define role scopes and interview plans.

You will also handle procurement and admin tasks across Portugal and the UK, streamline operational processes, and apply AI tools to hiring

Qualificações

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business functions.
• Proficient in using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach.
• Startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity and building processes.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business functions.
• Source passive candidates and headhunt for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines and market maps for priority hiring areas (photonics/optics, AI/ML, regulatory affairs, clinical operations).
• Run structured, candidate-friendly interview processes in collaboration with hiring manager.
• Collaborate with executives to turn hiring needs into clear role scopes and interview plans.
• Represent iLoF's culture and mission to candidates.
• Manage procurement platforms for lab consumables, equipment, and office/operational supplies; sourcing suppliers and tracking orders.
• Coordinate AI platforms responsible for invoicing and related admin; processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Take ownership of general administrative tasks for Portugal and UK teams; improve operational processes as the company scales.
• Take on ad hoc operational projects for a scaling, multi-country deep-tech company.
