iLoF is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist for a hybrid role (part-time) in Portugal. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, regulatory and business teams, and manage operations like procurement and invoicing to help the company scale.

You will actively use AI tools to sourcing, screening, outreach, and market mapping, while collaborating with executives to define roles and interview plans.

Qualificações

• Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for priority hiring areas.
• Run structured, candidate-friendly interview processes in collaboration with hiring manager.
• Experience recruiting in a startup environment with ambiguity and fast changes.
• Interest/experience in medtech, biotech, or deep-tech hiring is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruitment for open roles across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business functions.
• Source passive candidates and build pipelines for key domains.
• Collaborate with executives to define role scopes and interview plans.
• Coordinate operations tasks: procurement, invoicing, and admin across Portugal/UK.
• Improve scalable processes as the company grows.
