Mercedes-Benz.io in Portugal is hiring a Talent Acquisition partner to shape our recruitment strategies and align with business goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to define criteria and manage the full candidate journey.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled sourcing, internal mobility, and employer branding as we transform workforce capabilities. This is a 1-year full-time contract with hybrid Lisbon/Braga offices and international training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting technical talent (AI, software, data).
• Curiosity or hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sourcing and assessment.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Interest in workforce transformation and future skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and offer coordination.
• Identify capability needs across AI, software, product and digital domains.
• Drive Talent Acquisition with AI-enabled analytics to improve quality and speed.
• Support internal mobility and reskilling initiatives.
• Strengthen Mercedes-Benz.io's position as a leading tech employer through employer branding and partnerships.
