VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Trainee to join our People Team in Lisbon. This IEFP professional internship offers exposure to recruitment and onboarding workflows across the EMEA region.

You will support development of recruitment activities, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and help redesign onboarding processes to improve speed and quality. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with four office days per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management or related field.
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment.
• Able to adapt to a growing business.
• Curious and eager to contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment activities: advertise, screen resumes, interview candidates, and report outcomes.
• Help redesign onboarding workflows to speed up and improve quality.
• Collaborate with HR teams across the EMEA region.
