VML Lisbon is seeking a passionate Social Media Intern to support the management of the brands' digital communities, driving engagement and delivering social media performance insights.

You will work closely with the Social Media team, respond to users, monitor pages, and help create post plans and reports, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Degree or training in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism or related field.
• Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.
• Interest in social media and digital communication.
• Strong written Portuguese skills and good knowledge of English.
• Empathy, organisation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok will be valued.
• Previous professional experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor brand pages, including comments, messages and mentions.
• Respond to users according to each brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
• Conduct sentiment analysis and identify relevant topics, trends and insights.
• Encourage conversations and promote community engagement.
• Support Social Media Managers in creating post plans and editorial calendars.
• Support performance analysis and the preparation of social media reports.

About the role
