Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a fast-growing hospitality group in Lisbon. You will own the recruiting strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build teams that reflect care, warmth and excellence.

The role blends hands-on execution with strategic influence and offers a hybrid office/remote setup. You will shape staffing for frontline, back-office and corporate roles, develop strong pipelines and contribute ideas to broader people initiatives in a growing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in hospitality
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview processes
• Excellent communicator with candidates, hiring managers and leadership
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international setting
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior hospitality roles across front-of-house, back-of-house and corporate
• Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and plan peak seasons
• Develop talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards and industry platforms
• Create recruitment guidelines and coach hiring managers for culture-aligned decisions
• Drive selection and rollout of a new applicant tracking system with a long-term roadmap

Salary: up to €40.000 gross per year

For our client, a fast-growing hospitality group we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will bereporting into the group's leadership.The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the recruiting strategy as the company scales — a role that blends hands-on execution with strategic influence.Working side by side with senior leaders, you'll shape teams that embody the values of care, warmth and excellence.Beyond recruitment, you'll have room to contribute ideas to broader people initiatives that support the team's growth and success.

Key responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: own every stage of hiring for senior hospitality roles — front-of-house, back-of-house and corporate — from postings and sourcing to interviews and final decision support.
• Strategic hiring partnerships: collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and design targeted strategies for peak seasons and special projects.
• Talent pipelines: develop strong, continuously fed candidate networks via LinkedIn, job boards, industry platforms and direct outreach.
• Best practices & coaching: build recruitment guidelines and handbooks, and coach hiring managers so they make confident, culture-aligned hiring decisions.
• ATS transformation: select and drive the implementation of a new applicant tracking system, including its long-term strategic roadmap.

Key requirements:

• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in the hospitality industry
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview processes and recruitment best practice
• Excellent communicator, equally at ease with candidates, hiring managers and senior leadership
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international setting
• Working proficiency in both Portuguese and English
