Job summary

Vroomly is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to manage and develop a five-person team across Europe, focusing on France and Spain markets. You will coach, guide hiring strategies, and own a portfolio of key hires while shaping employer branding.

You will track time-to-hire, quality of hire, and sourcing efficiency, drive EVP initiatives, and scale recruitment practices for European expansion with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in management and leading a hiring machine in a demanding, high-growth, international environment.
• Leadership, team-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ability to base decisions on data and concrete indicators.
• Hands-on while implementing strategy within a team.
• Interest in ATS and AI tools and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a five-person Talent Acquisition team.
• Coach team members, develop their skills, and monitor performance and workload.
• Directly manage a portfolio of two to three recruitments, ~40% of time.
• Lead hiring across the French and Spanish markets.
• Track and analyze recruitment data and indicators (Time to Hire, funnel conversion, cNPS, Quality of Hire, sourcing efficiency).
• Identify friction points and improve recruitment performance.
• Lead employer-brand strategy and EVP development.
• Develop visibility, partnerships, and candidate-experience improvements.
