Job summary

SOVA is seeking a Growth Manager to drive rapid, measurable expansion across Europe. You will own acquisition strategy, CRO, and scaling initiatives while working directly with Eva and the founders in Lisbon.

You have a proven track record in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, and building high‑performing teams. The role requires entrepreneurial energy, data‑driven decision making, and fluency in English and French to collaborate across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Comfortable with CRO, CRM, SEO, and paid acquisition.
• Very good level of English and French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, funnels).
• Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements to drive online revenue.
• Pilot external SEO & CRM providers and ensure maximum ROI from each channel.
• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, community, affiliates...).
• Monitor key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate.
• Build scalable, repeatable growth processes that work beyond you.
• Build, manage, and challenge the marketing team.
• Co-define SOVA's growth strategy with Eva and translate it into concrete actions.
• Bring bold ideas, test relentlessly, and never be satisfied with the status quo.
