QUANTEAM - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is offering a Talent Acquisition internship in Porto, Portugal, operating hybrid in the Porto office. The role involves supporting recruitment, conducting interviews, posting job adverts on diverse platforms, and screening CVs to identify suitable profiles.

The internship is aimed at students or graduates with HR/Management/Administration backgrounds and strong English skills. Ideal candidates will show rigor, responsibility, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management and/or Administration or similar areas.
• Very good level of English (French is a plus).
• High level of rigor and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to do the internship on a hybrid basis in our Porto office.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition - Internship IEFP

MAIN TASKS:

• Supporting the recruitment and selection of new talent, offering support at various stages of the process.
• Conducting interviews.
• Helping to advertise job opportunities, participating in the process of creating and publishing advertisements to attract qualified candidates on the most diverse platforms.
• Providing support in screening and analyzing CVs, helping to identify profiles aligned with the organization's needs.
• Working on updating databases, ensuring that information is up to date.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Candidate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management and/or Administration or similar areas.
• Very good level of English (French is a plus).
• High level of rigor and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to do the internship on a hybrid basis in our Porto office.

• Level 6 (Bachelor's Degree): monthly internship grant of €1,181.69 (gross amount)
