Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Production Support Engineer specialized in Cloud & Kubernetes to enhance reliability of production applications in Lisbon. The role covers incident management, change implementation and continuous improvement, with English proficiency and basic French a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in application production support, including incident and problem management.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong expertise in Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with MQSeries / IBM MQ.
• Ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, with effective coordination and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support for production applications.

• Ensure application performance, availability and service continuity, meeting agreed service levels.
• Prepare, assess, implement and monitor application changes.
• Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, audit deliverables and regular reporting.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between €24.500 and €47,500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
