What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities.
• You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products.
• You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns.
• You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…).
• You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback.
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.

Who we're looking for:

• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start‑up/fast‑paced environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You are fluent in English & Portuguese, other European languages are a plus.
