Job summary

Emma - The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Reception/Office Coordinator to welcome visitors and oversee daily office needs.

You will manage access cards, deliveries, and supplier coordination, while supporting events and employer branding efforts using Canva and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• You will be one of the first faces at our Lisbon office, owning the reception.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day office essentials and documentation (access cards, pet policy, deliveries).
• Support coordination of office events and propose new ideas.

• Take on smaller projects across Workplace Experience and employer branding.

What you will do:

• You will be one of the first faces people see at our Lisbon office, taking ownership of our reception.
• You will coordinate and manage day-to-day office essentials and documentation (such as access cards, pet policy and deliveries), and support the management of suppliers, visitors and vendors.
• You will support the coordination of our office events and are encouraged to propose new ideas.
• You will develop design materials and assets that are aligned with Emma’s brand.
• You will take on smaller projects across Workplace Experience and employer branding.

Who we are looking for:

• You are a native or fluent Portuguese speaker with a C1 level of English. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are people-oriented and value connecting with Emmies around the world.
• You are organized, adaptable and comfortable multitasking when priorities shift, and you take ownership from day one.
• You are creative, enjoy bringing ideas to life visually and are comfortable applying brand guidelines to your work.
• You have basic MS Office and Canva skills. Familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.
