Job summary

Tieto is seeking Systems Operators to join a new technology project based in Lisbon. This role requires full on-site presence and a 24/7 shift pattern in a demanding, business-critical operational environment.

You will be part of a diverse team of 12 specialists (6 Master-level and 6 Journeyman-level), ensuring continuous and reliable IT operations across technologies and environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments.
• Ability to analyse situations critically and take initiative when required.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Lisbon.

We are looking for Systems Operators to join a new technology project based in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with a strong systems background who want to work in a demanding, business-critical operational environment.

The project will operate on a 24/7 shift basis and requires full on-site presence in Lisbon.

We are building a team composed of 6 Master-level professionals and 6 Journeyman-level professionals, bringing together different levels of experience to ensure continuous and reliable systems operations.
