Sotecnisol S.L. is seeking an IT Operations Leader to guide the Operations Engineering team in Lisbon. You will oversee L2 Production Support, incidents, and changes, while optimizing batch processing and CMDB maintenance. You’ll drive automation using Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD, and strengthen monitoring with Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Prometheus.

Advanced French is required, and the role is hybrid in Lisbon, with a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience in IT Operations and Production Support in critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB is required.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD with a focus on automation.
• Experience with L2 Support, Incident/Change Management and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools like Dynatrace, Zabbix and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and technical documentation.
• Advanced French level is required.
• Hybrid project location in Lisbon.

What you need to join us:
