The Role
- Streaming Support: Assist Swedish-speaking users with device compatibility, account set‑up, profile management, and video playback troubleshooting (smart TVs, mobile apps, gaming consoles).
- Subscription & Billing: Handle inquiries regarding monthly plans, billing cycles, payment failures, promo codes, and cancellations with transparency and accuracy.
- Connectivity Troubleshooting: Guide users step‑by‑step through network connectivity diagnostics, app updates, and configuration fixes to resolve buffering or login issues.
- Content Inquiries: Provide helpful navigation tips and log user feedback regarding content availability, subtitles, and localized audio options.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on‑site role based in a state‑of‑the‑art, high‑tech corporate office.
