Job summary

AUTODOC Group in Portugal is seeking a friendly Swedish-speaking Customer Support Operator to join our distributed team. You will be the voice of our brand, providing empathetic, efficient help to customers and guiding them to a positive outcome.

In this full-time role (40 hours a week), you handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and CRM, document interactions, collaborate with colleagues, and strive to meet targets for response times, resolution rate and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English in written and spoken form.
• Proven customer service experience in a corporate or support environment.
• Experience with CRM systems or ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate product/service information with empathy and patience.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate and satisfaction.
