Qualificações

• Education: complete vocational education as a master mechanic or automotive technician.
• Experience: 1–3 years in workshops with cars or LGV/HGV.
• Languages: Swedish C1 and English B2 or higher required.
• Soft and customer-facing skills emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails, and requests for 1st level support.
• Analyze technical problems with cars/LGV/HGV and provide assistance.
• Follow work instructions and escalation processes.
• Track incidents in the internal management system.
• Coordinate with other Bosch sites and teams involved in support.
