Bosch Group in Lisbon seeks a 1st Line Service Expert for Automotive Aftermarket with Dutch and English language proficiency. You will provide real-time remote assistance, interpret diagnostic data, and supply technical documentation to Bosch car service workshops.

Experience in workshops is a plus; mechatronics or IT affinity with automotive context is valued. The role offers exposure to international environments, flexible hours, and a path for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Advanced level of Dutch and English.
• Experience working in Workshops is a plus.
• Mechatronics experience or IT affinity with automotive context.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time remote assistance during passenger car repairs and for trucks, guiding the workshop technician.
• Offer the required technical documentation (wiring diagrams, component locations, install/remove instructions, torques).
• Process technical inquiries and diagnosis support by phone, e-mail and remote diagnosis.
• Advise on software updates, system errors and software compatibility.
• Record and manage handled cases and contribute to a knowledge base of faults and tips.
