act digital is seeking an Application Support professional to join a banking project in Portugal. The role involves daily operations, monitoring, incident resolution, and support for Tomcat/Apache.

Hybrid model with 2 days in the office. You will work with Control-M, OpenStack, AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow following ITIL practices.

Strong analytical and teamwork skills are required.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Control-M is mandatory.
• Experience in application support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows CMD, and Linux.
• Knowledge of Tomcat, Apache, and CFT.
• Familiarity with OpenStack, AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
