Job summary

act digital is seeking an Application Support professional to join a banking project in Portugal. The role involves daily operations, monitoring, incident resolution, and support for Tomcat/Apache.

Hybrid model with 2 days in the office. You will work with Control-M, OpenStack, AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow following ITIL practices.

Strong analytical and teamwork skills are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Control-M is mandatory.
Experience in application support.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows CMD, and Linux.
Knowledge of Tomcat, Apache, and CFT.
Familiarity with OpenStack, AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
Experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and manage job execution using Control-M.
Investigate and resolve incidents in Windows Server and Linux environments.
Support applications running on Tomcat and Apache.
Monitor file transfers using CFT and support deployments with ArgoCD.
Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace.
Support applications in OpenStack, AWS, and Kubernetes environments.
Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, following ITIL best practices.
