Confidential is expanding its international business services footprint in Lisbon, seeking an experienced procurement professional to help build a specialized capability focused on logistics and transport-related categories.

You will contribute to commercial decision-making, supplier selection, and cost optimization initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to shape how logistics services and related assets are sourced and managed within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing or supply chain roles.
• Experience in transportation or logistics services.
• Familiarity with supplier selection and commercial evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Data-driven decision making and cost optimization.
• Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver procurement activities across transportation and logistics services.
• Coordinate sourcing processes from market engagement through supplier onboarding.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and support negotiation and contracting discussions.
• Assess logistics networks, supplier landscapes, and cost structures to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners (carriers, service providers, equipment-related vendors).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement solutions align with operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to category-level initiatives and broader sourcing programs.
