Check Point Software is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage renewal opportunities, qualify pipelines, and drive bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction across English- and Portuguese-speaking accounts.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, accurate forecasting, and proactive engagement to retain and expand customer relationships. Experience with SFDC, Clari, or Exceed is a plus.

Qualificações

• Over 2 years of experience in Renewals or Sales with a solid understanding of renewal processes.
• Proven success in meeting quotas and renewal metrics.
• Proficient in forecasting, MS Office, and familiar with SFDC.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction before renewals and address issues with internal teams.
• Qualify and validate the renewal pipeline in SFDC for accurate forecasting.
• Create and manage customer quotes using the Renewal Quoting tool.
• Achieve bookings quotas and retention targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Stay informed about Check Point solutions and competitive positioning to convey value to customers.
