Evotym in Lisbon is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder. You will manage calendar, organize travel, handle personal errands, and coordinate with external providers to keep operations smooth.

This role drives decision-making and project delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own ad-hoc requests, research options, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and discretion.
• Excellent research skills to identify best options across requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders and daily schedule.
• Organize business and personal travel including flights, hotels, transfers.
• Handle personal errands and lifestyle tasks such as gifts and reservations.
• Research and compare services, vendors, and products with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with external providers and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support daily operations, documents and payments.
• Own ad-hoc requests and resolve unexpected situations independently.
