Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and manage the execution layer of the Head of Firm Management's portfolio. You will oversee the inbound flow of commitments, design cadences, and ensure timely decisions and follow-through across strategy, partner matters, and external relationships.

The role emphasizes running a live view of commitments, prioritizing requests, and delivering high-quality decision-ready briefings for leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles directly supporting a senior leader.
• Ability to design new ways of working within existing frameworks and drive implementation.
• Strong judgment in declining requests while preserving relationships.
• Experience in professional services, law firms, or complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Native or full professional English fluency required.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset with discretion and composure.
• You will manage sensitive information for the firm.

Responsabilidades

• AI-Driven Process Innovation: Refine workflows and embed AI tools to improve tracking, summarization, briefing and coordination.
• Demand and Priority Management: Filter inbound partner requests, decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management, and close out with reasons.
• Leadership Operating Rhythm: Run management committee prep, planning cycles, leadership meetings and reviews.
• Decision Support: Prepare concise briefs and status summaries, enabling rapid, confident decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with partners, senior lawyers, business services and external parties.
• Execution Ownership: Take initiatives end-to-end and report on progress.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate gaps and delays, resolving them proactively.
