Leadership Business Consulting (LBC) is seeking a Head of AI Center of Competence to scale its AI capability into a commercially successful practice. You will lead AI strategy, governance, delivery, and productisation across proposals, projects, and internal operations, uniting consulting, digital, and product development.

You’ll recruit and coach a multidisciplinary team, drive measurable business value, and build lasting client impact while navigating EU AI governance and regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in Information Systems or AI is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in AI, Data, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience in business development or strategic consulting.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, financial and delivery-management judgement.
• Ability to translate AI into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity and EU regulation.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Own and update LBC’s AI strategy, priorities, investment roadmap and operating model.
• Build and scale a portfolio of AI enablement services, solutions, accelerators, and products.
• Develop AI pipeline with Partners, Business Development, Marketing and the Proposal Factory; lead strategic client conversations.
• Oversee flagship AI engagements with strong delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead LBC’s internal AI transformation across proposals, projects, knowledge management, and governance.
• Create common methods, reference architectures, and reusable assets for AI portfolio.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
