iLoF is seeking a Business/Ops Associate (AI-native, Vibe Coder, AI Builder) to join the CEO Strategy & Operations Team in Porto. You’ll support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes, collaborating with senior leadership in a fast-paced, AI-driven healthtech environment.

The role emphasizes building AI-enabled workflows (Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, LLM tooling) to streamline finance, business development, and reporting, while contributing to fundraising prep and investor

Qualificações

• Background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or related role.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with BI software; Excel & PowerPoint proficiency; AI/automation tools preferred.
• AI-native and builder skills; vibe coding experience a strong plus.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct strategic analyses of market trends, competition, and internal metrics.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide insights to senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects aligning with company objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management; propose data-driven solutions.
• Own internal automation and AI workflows to reduce manual work across functions.
• Assist in fundraising prep, data room materials, and financial model maintenance.
