SPD Technology is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI/ML to lead a cross-functional team of MLE and MLOps engineers, guiding staffing, delivery plans and risk management across multiple AI initiatives. You will mentor engineers, drive performance reviews, and enable career growth while collaborating with project leads, product partners, and stakeholders to ensure realistic plans and successful execution.

Qualificações

• Three years of software engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• Three years of people management, engineering management, or technical program leadership.
• Ability to understand AI/ML models and development lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple AI/ML projects.
• Partner with leads to create delivery plans, milestones, and staffing models.
• Maintain a clear view of project progress, dependencies, risks, and resources.
